Where should I start?
If you want movement this week, begin with The Quick Shift — a 90-minute strategy session that ships a Decision Memo within 24 hours and a micro-plan inside 7 days. If you’re ready to co-build something bigger, jump straight into The Six-Week Build.
Do you do discovery calls?
We don’t do sales theatre disguised as “discovery.” If a 10–15-minute Clarity Check helps confirm fit, we’ll offer it. Otherwise, The Quick Shift is your best first move.
How soon can we begin?
Usually within 1–2 weeks — sometimes sooner. We match your urgency, not the calendar’s comfort.

How is ribél different from consulting or coaching?
We design with you, not at you. No templated playbooks. Every engagement leaves you with decisions, artefacts, and a way to measure movement.
Do you work with individuals or teams?
Both. Anyone brave enough to build or break for better..
Remote or in-person?
Primarily remote (Zoom + live docs). In-person by arrangement.
Which sectors do you serve?

What tools do you use?
Google Docs or Notion for the Working Map, Zoom for sessions, and email or Slack as the active work channels.
Pricing & Logistics
How do fees work?
Clear, fixed fees shared upfront. No surprise invoices.
Payment terms?
50% upfront and 50% on delivery for projects. Monthly in advance for retainers. Installments available for nonprofits and grassroots orgs.
Rescheduling & cancellations?
You can reschedule The Quick Shift up to 48 hours ahead. Cancellations convert to credit for a future date. For projects/retainers, we follow the agreement — fair and human.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or artists?
Sometimes. Tell us your context; if there’s alignment, we’ll find a way.
Confidentiality, IP & Ethics
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes — ours or yours.
Who owns the work?
You own all project-specific artefacts we create together. We retain our underlying frameworks and methods — the engines, not the outputs.
Do you work with competitors?
We avoid conflicts and can agree on exclusivity windows when needed.
Accessibility?
Gladly — captioned calls, ASL, flexible timing, and other support as needed. Tell us what helps; we adapt.
